Living area: Living area of 34qm plus 26qm terrace Equipment: Living room with sofa bed. Kitchen unit with dish washer, 4 ceramic glass cooktops, microwave, fridge, coffee mashine, water boiler toaster, juice extractor... Bedroom with french bed. Bath with shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, make-up mirror, 2 bathrobes. Sat-TV, radio, common washing mashine and dryer. Central heating. There is enough towels and bedding. Please bring your own beach towels with you. Prices: 65,-€/day for 1-2 persons 15,-€/day for any further person on sofa bed. 30,-€/day for 2 persons. Breakfast buffet if requested: 9,-€/person and 5,-€/children. Obligatory final cleaning is one day rental price. Surcharge for christmas (20.12. - 6.1.): 15% In this period of time there is a minimum rent of 10 days.
