Equipment: Double bedroom, bath, Living room with sofa bed and kitchen unit. 4 ceramic glass cooktops, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster juice extractor, water boiler etc..., own terrace. Price: Price is for occupancy of two persons. Its possible for two more persons on sofa bed for 15,-€/day/person. Obligatory final cleaning is one day rental price. Surcharge for Christmas-season (20.12.-6.1.) is 15%. At that period of time we charge a minimum rent of 10 days.
