Living area: Living area of 75qm plus seperate terrace with pergola and seats. Own private garden with sunbeds and barbeque. Equipment: Large living room. Large kitchen with dining area, 4 ceramic glass cooktop, dish washer, fridge, microwave with oven and barbeque, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, juice extractor. One double bedroom with large bed (2x1x2m) One single bedroom with own bath and entrance. Bath with shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, make-up mirror, bath robes. Sat-TV, radio, communal washing machine and dryer. Heating. There are enough towels and bedding. Please bring your own beach towels with you. Prices: 79,-€/day for use of 1 bedroom 109,-€/day for use of 2 bedrooms Max. occupancy is 3 persons. If requested: breakfast buffet for 9,-€/person and 5,-€/child. Obligatory final cleaning is one day rental price. Surcharge for christmas period (20.12.-6.1.) is 15%. At this period of time there is a minimum rent of 10 days.
