Living area: Living area of 55qm plus 18qm terrace. Equipment: Large living room with kitchen unit and dining area. Kitchen with dining area, 4 ceramic glass cooktop, dish washer, fridge, microwave with oven and barbeque, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, juice extractor. Double bedroom. Bath with shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, make-up mirror, bath robes. Sat-TV, radio, communal washing machine and dryer. Heating. There are enough towels and bedding. Please bring your own beach towels with you. Prices: 95,-€/day for 1-2 persons 15,-€/day/person on sofa bed Max. occupancy is 4 persons. If requested: breakfast buffet for 9,-€/person and 5,-€/child. Obligatory final cleaning is one day rental price. Surcharge for christmas period (20.12.-6.1.) is 15%. At this period of time there is a minimum rent of 10 days.
